Process

Our scheduling team validates critical milestones required to start and finish all balancing activities on time. We communicate and update the progress of each through our shared communications platform (FaciliBuild HUB), so everyone is aware, and working toward the same goals.

Our team of engineers will perform a test, adjust, & balance (TAB) review of the HVAC, plumbing, and control plans and manufacturer submittals. We then create our TAB submittal package for engineer and owner approval prior to starting the project. This document ensures everyone is in line with the final TAB expectations.

We adhere to the highest standards to perform our on-site activities. Our team of field engineers have a 90% or higher MET score or Engineering degree, are provided continuous internal training, and are tested to ensure we provide the highest level of expertise on every job.

Upon completing the TAB scope, our team will stress test different components of the system's behavior to prove functional capabilities, ensuring the design intent was delivered to the client.

We collect and enter field data through FaciliBuild HUB. The platform enables us to share our results in real-time with trades to collaborate to find solutions to TAB deficiencies found during testing. The results are quickly compiled to ensure we can review and certify the final report in a timely manner.

We understand the need for initial training. Our field and office engineers can engage with the owner representatives to go through the TAB results and validate critical maintenance necessary to ensure the building remains balanced long after we have completed our job.
