National Rollouts

National rollouts are customized programs based on the account’s needs — whether that be evaluations, monitoring, or something new that we beta-test together. These programs are designed for chain accounts with numerous existing facilities. Our team works with your facility team to assess the store conditions, resolve existing issues, and balance them to perform as originally intended. We work with facility managers to help them be proactive and create game plans for handling hundreds, if not thousands, of locations. Thanks to this approach, facility managers spend less time and money dealing with issues and more time focused on their business.

Many of our national accounts use us on both the construction and facilities sides to ensure a smooth turnover and continued operations. Using FaciliBuild HUB, we provide your team with all the important documentation and vendor contacts easily accessible throughout the store’s lifetime in one digital location. Having a vendor involved in both construction and facilities is advantageous as we have a thorough understanding of your building, its design, and common trends.

RTU Replacement Test & Balance

After replacing your rooftop units, it’s recommended to have them balanced. NTi will balance the new equipment to ensure it’s working properly, verify correct installation, and make sure the building stays balanced.

Revive Sick Buildings

Are you hearing customer complaints about HVAC issues like humidity, temperature, or building pressure? If so, it’s time to revive your facility. Our team of engineers approaches your problem with the best solutions in mind. This complete analysis is performed in one or two phases:

In Phase 1 of our Revive service, we’ll evaluate the existing systems, balance systems, and determine if the original design intent of your facility is right for your individual needs. From there, we decide what is required for best comfort conditions:

  • Review historical documents or provide as-built drawings of your HVAC systems.

  • Evaluate HVAC energy efficiency.

  • Remedy HVAC issues immediately (if possible).

If we are unable to resolve the issue in Phase 1, we proceed to Phase 2:

  • Provide extensive reporting with recommended fixes to fully revive your facility if problems persist after the evaluation.

  • Consult client and other trades to remedy any HVAC problems or organize commercial HVAC repair.

  • Finalize balancing and ensure proper performance.
