What You’ll Do
Perform testing, adjusting, and balancing (TAB) of commercial HVAC systems
Work on new construction, design-build, and public sector projects
Analyze system performance and ensure proper airflow and system efficiency
Travel to project sites (typically Monday–Thursday)
Use specialized equipment and software (training provided)
What We’re Looking For
Degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology (MET), or related field preferred
OR equivalent technical/mechanical experience
Strong math, problem-solving, and communication skills
Comfortable using computers and technical tools
Valid driver’s license required
Willingness to travel ~1–2 weeks per month (no weekends)
