20% Growth in Our Field Team
To better support our customers' project schedules, we’ve increased our field team by 20% in 2025. With several new technicians already onboarded, and more joining us this summer, we're increasing capacity and improving responsiveness where it matters most — on the ground.
4 New Regional Markets
We’re now servicing Columbus, OH, Oklahoma City, OK, Phoenix, AZ, and Raleigh, NC. These new regions align with where many of our national customers are expanding, allowing us to provide local service to regional markets
New Office in Orlando
We’ve officially opened a new office in Orlando, Florida! Central Florida is a fast-growing market, and we’re investing in local talent and infrastructure to continue exceeding expectations in this region.
26% Increase in Facilities Balanced
With a larger, more agile field team, we’ve increased the number of facilities balanced by 26% year-over-year. We’ve been able to create faster timelines and more efficient project turnarounds for our customers.
Expanded Account Coordination Team
Behind every successful project is a reliable support team. We’ve added more Account Coordinators to ensure you receive faster responses, smoother communication, and better access to the full range of NTi services.
2 New Industry Certifications
NTi is now NEBB-certified for Building Enclosure Testing (BET). This is a critical service that’s increasingly required by code in jurisdictions across the country. We also earned the CIE (Council-Certified Indoor Environmentalist) certification from the American Council for Accredited Certification (ACAC), reinforcing our expertise in indoor environmental quality under the highest standards.
