Operations Process Coordinator

Lauren joined the NTi team in 2025 as the Operations Process Coordinator. In her role, she ensures that daily adherence across all departments and account requirement standards are executed with full compliance and efficiency. Lauren also manages recruitment, training, and employee development, constantly monitoring operational standards.

She is based in our Cincinnati office, and is a proud graduate from the University of Cincinnati.
