Careers in Construction Month: Careers Worth Discovering

Company Updates

October is Careers in Construction Month, and for us, it's a reminder of how important it is to create opportunities for the next generation of construction professionals.

When we founded National TAB Intelligence in 2006, our goal was simple: build a company that solves problems the right way, serves customers with integrity, and creates meaningful career opportunities for great people. Twenty years later, that goal hasn't changed.

Many people entering the workforce have never heard of Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing, commissioning, or building performance. Yet these disciplines play a critical role in the success of hospitals, schools, office buildings, manufacturing facilities, data centers, and other commercial facilities across the country. National TAB Intelligence specializes in HVAC Testing & Balancing, commissioning, indoor air quality, and building performance solutions that help facilities operate as intended.

One of the great things about our industry is that there is no single path to success. Some people come from the trades. Others come from technical schools, engineering programs, military service, or entirely different careers. What matters most is a willingness to learn, solve problems, and continuously improve.

That's why training has always been a priority at NTi. We believe careers are built through education, experience, mentorship, and opportunity. Our commitment to structured training and professional development helps team members build skills that benefit both their careers and our customers.

This month, we encourage you to do two things.

  • Firstinvest in developing a new skill. Whether it's a certification, technical training, leadership development, or learning from someone with more experience, growth starts with a commitment to improvement.
  • Secondshare your story. Talk with a student, a friend, or someone exploring career options. Help them understand that construction offers far more opportunities than many people realize.

The future of our industry depends on talented individuals discovering careers they may not even know exist today.

We're proud to be part of an industry that builds more than buildings. It builds futures.
